We do not scrape or cache outdated tracking status information. Instead, we use Direct Carrier Integration. When you input your 11-digit IATA airway bill (AWB) number or carrier tracking ID, our system parses the prefix, identifies the airline, and redirects you directly to the official tracking system of that carrier with your tracking number pre-filled. This ensures you receive 100% accurate, real-time data directly from the source.
Our Automated Link Reliability System
Because airlines frequently update their websites, tracking links can break. To combat this, we run a nightly automated link verification system. This crawler checks the health of every airline tracking endpoint in our database. If an airline changes its tracking portal URL, our system flags the change immediately, allowing us to update and heal the redirect configurations in real time. We maintain a near-100% uptime for all carrier routes.

Our dataset covers over 80 major commercial airlines and cargo carriers globally (including Lufthansa, Emirates, Qatar Airways, FedEx, DHL, and UPS). We strictly adhere to standard IATA prefix specifications.
